AREA: 0.20 hectares located in the village of Couchey in the hamlet “Les Auvonnes”.

GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay

YEAR OF PLANTATION: 1985

ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 1200 bottles

HARVEST: by hand

VINIFICATION AND GROWTH: The grapes are immediately squeezed after they were harvested. Then the must ferments and is put in a stainless steel vat. It is finally bottled the next summer after the malolactic fermentations.

WINE NATURE: a fruity wine that is very pleasant to drink when it is young but it is also very nice to drink it after since it takes amplitude when it ages.

DISH WITH THIS WINE: This wine is really appreciated with fish dishes, white meats or at aperitif.
